Local BCA Project Analysis
LAGO was the prime contractor for this effort to define a Benefit Cost Analysis (BCA) score for three unfunded stormwater management projects in Hillsborough County.

Specifics
For each unfunded project, LAGO was responsible for updating and refining the watershed SWMM5 model that contain the project area. The refined model is used to compute the road LOS (Level of Service) at the project location. One or two possible solutions to the flooding problem was modeled and a post-project road LOS was calculated. Finally, LAGO developed a cost estimate for the preferred alternative and completed the Benefit-Cost Analysis (BCA) spreadsheet.
